2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
1 oz Melon liqueur
Splash of sour mix
Egg white or fee foam
Lime for garnish

In a boston shaker, add 1 oz melon liqueur, splash of sour mix, 1 egg white and 2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
Add ice and shake
Strain over ice and garnish with a lime
