5 oz Syrup
3 Dashes cherry bitters
Tea spoon of water
Apple slice for garnish

Directions
In a mixing glass, add 5 oz simple syrup,
3 dashes cherry bitters, and a teaspoon of water
Fill with ice and add 2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
Stir and strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass
Garnish with an apple slice
